Have a conversation! snapTalker came about because we wanted to make it easy to have online ongoing conversations between two, three, ten, a hundred or a thousand people. Realtime chat is fun, but the conversation disappears. Twitter is fun, but it's too hard to have an ongoing conversation with random tweets. And traditional discussion forums are just too big and complicated for when you just want to have a spontaneous conversation with a few thousand of your closest friends and strangers. So we came up with snapTalker...an extremely easy and quick way to talk about stuff. Anything, anytime, with anyone willing to talk. And if you don't want to actually talk, you can just watch as others banter, argue, amuse, entertain, yell, and sometimes say dumb things. Better them than you. When we got it all done, we thought it would be cool if people could create their own customized snapTalker pages, have private conversations and control who could participate, and be able to add conversation pages to their blogs and websites if they wanted.
